Please make checks payable to Elevate Church. The total cost of the trip is due by December 14th.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: You will need either a current passport OR a copy of your Birth Certificate and a valid State isssued I.D. (such as a driver's license) in order to go on this trip. This is essential to cross the border. Kids under the age of driving can use a copy of their birth certificate and some other form of I.D. (i.e. school, library card, ect.)
